ARTISANS Available late January. Deadline: April 1st. This application enters your craft into our craft jury process. Artisans who are juried-in can sell their craft at the 2022 Fair.
LOGO ITEM Available late January. Deadline: April 1st. For already juried crafters only. If accepted, the artisan will be able to put the Fair logo on their craft for Fair 2022.
ESOTERIC ARTS Available late January. Deadline: April 1st. Apply here if you’d like to practice your esoteric art form at in 2022 (e.g. Tarot, Astrology).
FOOD VENDORS There will be no application available for Food Vendors for Fair 2022. When we are able to take submissions again, the application will be posted in November and deadlines in January.
ENTERTAINMENT Available now. Deadline: February 15th. These applications are for multiple stages and performance spaces at the Fair. They include vaudeville stages (jugglers, circus artists and more), spoken word, acoustic and band music, path performer opportunities and dance.
XAVANADU ART AND STEWARDSHIP EDUCATION Available now. Deadline: February 15th. Xavanadu features interactive installation art and workshops and performances that highlight our interest in sustainability, land stewardship and the Fair’s philanthropic activities year-round.
TEEN CREW Available mid-March 2022. Deadline: April 15th. Teens with family members who work at the Fair (in booths or as volunteers) may apply to take part in the Teen Crew program. Teen Crew allows teens to be placed on an operational crew, meet new people, learn new skills—and have fun doing it!
