The volunteer application officially closed on June 1st, 2026. We are grateful for the enthusiasm, care, and time so many individuals put into expressing interest in supporting the Fair this year.
If you have already applied via the online application, a member of the Volunteer Support Crew has received your application and will review it and reach out directly if a spot becomes available on a crew that matches your skills and availability. Because placement depends on crew needs and capacity, not everyone who applied will be contacted. Please send an email to volunteering@oregoncountryfair.org if you have any questions.
