I started at OCF in 1980 as a craft booth and in 1984 we started grillin Philly Cheese Steaks in Tacoma Wa. and in 1986 we changed our booth to Mario’s Philly Cheese Steaks, our success all these years is the greatness of our bread and quality of the product that goes into it.
