Welcome to the Home of the Avocado Dreamboat and the Forbidden Fruit Salad! Blazing Salads has been operating at the Oregon Country Fair since 1979! We are a large group of dedicated folks who get together once a year just to make fresh fruit and green salads and have an amazingly good time doing it! Blazing Salads is employee-owned. Any profits we make, we funnel back into the booth to improve it next year, and anything above that, we bring back to the Fair to share the love with all our Fair Family.
