Billow Cloud Soaps is located just two blocks from where the ocean breaks upon basalt in Yachats, Oregon. Crafting handmade seawater + kelp soaps since 2020, my handmade goods also feature botanicals from our little flower farm and the Siuslaw Forest along the Yachats River. I’m excited to bring a little ocean home to Fair. – Elizabeth
