Steve Kimock has proven himself a master of fluid improvisation for over four decades, inspiring music fans with his signature guitar voice. Kimock’s musical collaborations with Bob Weir span eras – Kingfish, Other Ones, Ratdog, Weir’s Blue Mountain Campfire and many Sweetwater Music Hall intimate performances. Their decades long partnership blended Weir’s rhythmic, roots-oriented songwriting with Steve’s expansive psychedelic guitar improvisation.

Jay Lane is a wildly creative musician respected as a San Francisco Bay Area icon, he is best known for his dynamic drumming in Grateful Dead offshoots like Bob Weir’s RatDog and Dead & Company, as well as his notable tenures with alternative rock band Primus.
Jay played with Bob for over 30 years and shares, “I feel the immense weight of losing a legend, friend, mentor, all in one and would like to welcome all to share in celebrating his life this year and beyond.”
Dan “Lebo” Lebowitz is a six-string slinger and singer, best known as a founding member of ALO and sought after collaborator, on stage and in the studio. His history with Bob Weir, and founding members of the Grateful Dead, extends over a decade in roles as band leader and special guest across many stages.
Jason Crosby is a gifted multi-instrumentalist whose piano, violin, guitar, and vocal work have made him a beloved presence within the extended Grateful Dead family. His connection with Bob Weir began in the summer of 2012, leading to a West Coast relocation for Jason to join – recordings at TRI Studios, including Furthur, RatDog, and Phil Lesh and Friends.
Pete Sears legendary bass player and keyboardist with Grace Slick & Jefferson Starship, Hot Tuna, Zero, DNB, Moonalice, Sam Gopal Dream, and Rod Stewart. Pete’s first performance with Bob Weir (and Jerry Garcia) was in 1970 at a live KSAN rock Radio broadcast, continuing with early Ratdog shows helping to protect the ancient Headwaters Redwood Forest, supporting Native American Buffalo restoration, and later the Rainforest Action Network.

Dave Ellis is a pioneer of the Bay Area “new jazz” movement, founding collaborator of the Charlie Hunter Trio and in demand member of Bob Weir’s Ratdog, Phil Lesh & Friends, and the Other Ones.
He shares, “Bob was a yeoman. A musical warrior. He pulled me outta my comfort zone and made me stretch my musicality. He told me ‘It’s called playing music, not working music!’”
Kanika Moore is the type of entertainer that walks onto a stage with an abundance of talent, glowing front and center. Kanika is a featured vocalist within the Grateful Dead world including Bill Kreutzmann’s Billy & the Kids and the upcoming Jerry Garcia Symphonic Celebration Summer Tour.
Oregon Country Fair is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization & host of a 3-day event every July in Veneta, Oregon.
