Transportation
Get on the Bus
This year the OCF wiil provide FREE shuttle buses that leave from two locations in Eugene. Here's the deal. If you have a ticket and want to ride the bus for your entire round trip to the Fair, you can do that! Simply go to the nearest bus stop in the Lane Transit system or park and ride, show the driver your ticket to the Fair for that day, and head to LTD's Downtown Station (10th and Olive in Eugene) where you will board a shuttle to the Fair. Buses will leave the Downtown Station every 10-15 minutes beginning at 10:00 a.m. To return home the same way, hang on to your ticket stub and use that to show the LTD driver once you've arrived back at the downtown station. Please remember to leave the Fair site in plenty of time to make your connections downtown; the last bus leaves the Fair Site at approximately 7:30 p.m. System schedules will be available on the shuttle buses and at the Downtown Station.
We provide wheelchair accessible buses.
For those who want to bike or drive to the free shuttle, go to the Valley River Center (northwest parking lot) shuttle site. You can park in the Valley River Center lot; there will be plenty of bike racks at this site. BIKES ARE NOT ALLOWED ON SHUTTLE BUSES. Buses will leave every 10-15 minutes from this location, as well as bring you back in the evening.
Or Drive
Please carpool! Fill every seatbelt, bringing less stuff and more friends. We'll help you find them. Parking is limited and it isn't free. You can buy a parking pass when you buy your ticket or you can pay for parking when you get to the Fair. There is a $7 parking fee, per vehicle (including motorcycles), per day if parking pass purchased in advance. The cost is $8 if you buy your pass at the Fair site during the event. Our friendly Traffic Crew folks will direct you once you get here.
If you have a DMV handicapped sticker, please make sure it is prominently displayed in your windshield so you can be directed to Alter-Abled parking. Here's some more information for folks who are alter-abled.
You must have a ticket to the Fair to enter the parking lot!
Take the Train
When you ride Amtrak, there's no traffic to fight, no maps to decipher and no gas tank to feed. So you can concentrate on something else, like your friends and the Fair. Or the breathtaking scenery. Or nothing at all. And you'll arrive in a relaxed state of mind, wherever you're going. The station for the free shuttle bus to the Fair is just a few blocks away from the Eugene Amtrak station. Ask the Amtrak employees in Eugene to direct you. Check out the Amtrak Cascades and Coast Starlight here.

Ride Share: Your Neighbors Need You!
Meet your neighbors! The Oregon Country Fair thrives on music, crafts and community, and we've added a new way for you to "relocalize" our huge event, to meet people in your neighborhood. If you're thinking about taking an arts class, forming a band, or getting involved as a volunteer or activist, meet your neighbors at www.spaceshare.com/ocf. Quickly find neighbors online, then carpool or meet at our Fair.
How To Get Here If You're Driving
We are 12 miles directly west of Eugene on Highway 126. Here's a map. Find us on Google Maps for directions for your point of departure.
And here's a fair site map to help you while you're here. (This is a rather large file. You'll find it printed in Peach Pit program that you will get at the Fair.)
