This is not an application for Hoarse Chorale Stage, Main Stage, Vaudeville, Blue Moon, Shady Grove, Monkey Palace, Morningwood Odditorium or Fire Dancing.

Please do not call the OCF office to ask about the status of your application. We will be in touch with you when booking decisions are made.

Provide name, role in group, phone number, email address, and date of birth for everyone 18 and over you will be requesting passes for. For each dependent 18 and under provide name, date of birth, and name of responsible adult. All dependents staying at the Fair overnight, must have a parent or responsible adult on site during the Fair who is also permitted to stay overnight. Everyone age 11 and over must have photo ID to get their overnight credentials.

Describe your performance and how it would fit in at the Fair. Consider staging tech problems (i.e. uneven paths, crowds and booths, wooded setting with overhanging trees, etc.)
If you have performed at Fair in recent or past years, how will your performance this year be different, enhanced, or fresh?
How many hours do you plan on spending EACH DAY performing?
Are there any times during the weekend of the Fair (Friday-Sunday) that you are not able to perform?

If you are booked, we will be publishing a schedule of performers in the OCF Peach Pit. Please give us a four to six word description of your music/act to include with your group name (otherwise we will write our own!)
NOTE: Community Village, Energy Park and The Youth stages are VOLUNTEER stages (no compensation.) If you are interested in performing on one of those stages, indicate below and we will forward a copy of your application to the coordinators.
